Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Superior One Roofing Florida (“Superior One,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with Superior One Roofing (the SuperiorOne CRM “Service”) available at portal.superioroneroofing.net.

1. Who this applies to

The Service is an internal business CRM for authorized Superior One staff and approved partners. It is not a consumer-facing product open to the general public.

2. Information we process

  • Account information: name, username, email address, phone (when provided), role, and authentication credentials or Google Sign-In status.
  • Business / job data: customer and job records, estimates, contracts, communications logs, and related operational data entered by staff in the course of roofing sales and production.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar logs generated when you use the Service, for security and troubleshooting.

3. Google Sign-In

If you choose Continue with Google, we use Google OAuth only to authenticate you. We request basic profile information needed to identify your Google account (typically email and name). We do not auto-create CRM accounts from Google; only existing users whose email domain is allowlisted may sign in. We do not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail or Drive unless you separately connect an integration that you authorize.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the CRM for authorized users
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls
  • Support sales, production, and customer workflows
  • Maintain security, audit trails, and service reliability

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host or support the Service (for example cloud hosting, email/SMS providers, and measurement or signing vendors) under agreements that limit use to providing those services, or when required by law.

6. Retention and security

We retain CRM records as needed for business operations and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the Service, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

Authorized users can update certain profile details in Settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests related to your account, contact us using the information below. Customer data requests should be directed through Superior One’s normal business channels.
