Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Superior One Roofing (the SuperiorOne CRM “Service”) operated by Superior One Roofing Florida (“Superior One,” “we,” “us”). By signing in to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Superior One Roofing is an internal business CRM for managing roofing leads, jobs, estimates, production, and related operations. Access is limited to authorized users designated by Superior One.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You may use the Service only if Superior One has provisioned an account for you.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Google Sign-In, when enabled, is available only for allowlisted company email domains. Google authentication does not create a new CRM user by itself.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access the Service without authorization or share login credentials
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to mishandle customer or company data
  • Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use

4. Company and customer data

Data in the CRM belongs to Superior One and its customers as applicable. You may use that data only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with company policies and applicable law.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Google for sign-in, email/SMS providers, measurement vendors, or e-signature services). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided “as is” for internal business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior One disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Superior One may suspend or terminate access at any time, including if you violate these Terms or leave the organization. You must stop using the Service when access ends.
